摘要

为了设计适应多种型号起重机和提高现有工作精度的新型力矩限制器

采用了起重机多元参数调整

拟合计算曲线和实际工作曲线的方法

并结合通讯方式设定力矩限制器的工作参数

实现了适应不同型号起重机和不同量程范围传感器工作的新的力矩限制器系统。介绍了传感器性能选择、硬件系统框图和软件流程图。该系统已经在实际应用中取得良好的效果

工作精度提高到±4%。

Abstract

To design a new type moment limiter adapted to different model cranes to improve the working precision

the methods of adjusting multi-parameters and fitting calculated curve and actual work curve are adopted

the work parameter of the moment limiter enacted through combining communication.The moment limiter system which can adapt cranes of different types and sensors of different ranges is realized.The choose of sensor

block diagram of hardware and software are introduced.The perfect performances have been availed in application.Working precision is improved to ±4 %.
