摘要

根据动平衡过程中对转子转速测量的要求

介绍了一种采用PC机和霍尔元件对转速进行实时检测的计算机辅助测试方法。讨论了该系统的硬件组成结构和软件实现方法

并对系统的性能进行评估和分析。最后

在摩托车1 000

2 000 r/m in的常用转速范围内

对系统的误差和稳定性进行了测试验证

结果表明:该测试系统完全能满足设计要求。

Abstract

According to the requirement of rotor speed test during the dynamic balancing process

a computer assistant testing（CAT） method which utilizes PC and Hall sensor to test the rotor speed on-line is introduced.The hardware structure and software design of this system are discussed and the performance of the system is evaluated.At last the error and stability of system are verified at 1 000

2 000 r/min whitch is the common speed of motorcycle.Results show that the test system conform with the design requests.
