摘要

介绍了均匀介质中环形电容器的推导公式

分析其测厚范围

绘制理论曲线;并利用它对非金属介质的厚度进行检测

绘制实验曲线;将理论与实验曲线进行比较

得知用该方法检测非金属的厚度具有可行性

其测量的厚度范围为0

0 cm

测量精度为2.5mm。

Abstract

The derived formula of ring-plate capacitor in homogeneous medium is introduced

the measurement thickness range is analyzed

and the theoretical curve is drawm.Also

the thickness of nonmetal medium is tested using the capacitance sensor.The experimental curve are drawn.The theoretical curve with the experimental one is compared

and that nonmetal medium tested by this method is practical.The measurement range for this method is 0

0 cm

the measurement accuracy is 2.5 mm.
