Aiming at the problem of high power consumption and weak extensibility of traditional remote monitoring system
a design method of remote monitoring system based on LoRa is proposed. In this system
the sensors based on the STM32 can be real-time collection of environmental information
which then will be sent to the gateway through SX1278 RF chip. As a relay
the gateway sends the received data to the server in a certain format via the general packet radio service(GPRS) module. In order to solve the problem of network congestion
the communication between the gateway and sensor nodes adopts an ADC-MAC protocol on the basis of LoRaWAN Specification to balance energy power consumption and network performance. Experimental results show that the system is stable and has low power consumption and strong extensibility.
