The frequency split and uneven damping can shift the vibration shape of the resonator
which affect zero bias of the gyro
etc. Reducing the offset angle of the resonator is the key to improve the performance of the metallic cylinder-shaped resonance gyro. Based on analysis on influence of the processing error of the resonator on the offset angle of the vibration mode
a method for correcting vibration mode offset angle based on feedforward and feedback controls is proposed
and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are analyzed. The experimental results show that the feedforward control scheme can reduce the offset angle of the resonator mode by 0. 8°~ 0. 9°
and the feedback control scheme can reduce the offset angle by 0. 6°~ 0. 7°
which provides a reference for the tuning of the harmonic oscillator and design of control circuit.
