The near infrared( NIR) spectrometer calibration model for moisture content in wheat flour is built based on NIR spectroscopy technology
using the MicroNir-2200 NIR spectrometer as a spectrum acquisition tool
and merits and demerits of NIR rapid nondestructive detection technology based on MicroNir-2200 are analyzed. The NIR spectral data of wheat flour is collected by MicroNir-2200 NIR partial least square model for moisture content in wheat flour is built by using the unscramble 9. 7. Effects of various preprocessing methods on modeling are analyzed
and use internal cross validation method and outside forecast to evaluate the model. Experimental results show that the correlation coefficient of calibration set model of MicroNir-2200 scanning near infrared spectrometer is 0. 929
with the root mean square error of calibration( RMSEC) is 0. 111; root mean square error of cross verification( RMSECV) is 0. 126; the root mean square error of prediction( RMSEP) is 0. 154
the model has good accuracy and stability. It means that the NIR rapid nondestructive detection technology based on MicroNir-2200 can be applied for rapid detection of moisture content in the field of flour production site conveniently.
