A resonant wireless biosensor for fast detection of tumor markers is put forward. Microelectrode structure with inductor and capacitor unit
which is produced by MEMS technology such as lithography
metal evaporation
modificated by glutaraldehyde to capture carcinoembryonic antigen in sensor electrode gap.Specifically
with the change of the parameters of sensor system
the resonance bandwidth value changes
so as to realize quantitative analysis on detection of carcinoembryonic antigen. The results show that the sensor can detect slight changes in the modification process. The minimum detection limit for CEA is 1 ng/ml
and detection concentrations range is 1
1 000 ng/ml
which has good specificity and sensitivity. This study provides
a portable
fast and cheap detecting method for tumor prognosis.
