微型多室电泳活性成分筛选系统是基于电泳技术基础上，配合微型多室装置实现对复杂基质中具有协同作用的活性成分进行快速准确分离和筛选。系统体积小、操作周期短、活性成分迁移率高，并实现了电泳室与电泳仪一体化。相比于传统的药物活性成分筛选技术，该系统利用靶分子亲和筛选技术的高选择性，提高了筛选药物活性成分的效率和稳定性，靶蛋白的迁移率高于70%。可以应用于新药开发、药物作用机制研究、中药复方体系筛选活性成分等领域。
