Aiming at the problem that the proportional-integral(PI) controller parameters are difficult to set and the parameters are not optimal in the double closed-loop vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor
a moths to flame optimization(MFO) algorithm is proposed for the system’s external speed loop and current inner loop.Tuning and optimization of parameters. The parameter to be optimized is regarded as the spatial position of the moth to search for the optimal individual of the flame
the global optimal parameter combination is searched
and the overshoot penalty term is added as the fitness function by using the error performance indicator integrated time and absolute error(ITAE).In order to reduce the calculation amount of the algorithm
improve the convergence speed and accuracy
the moth position and the number of flame update mechanisms are improved. The simulation results show that the improved MFO algorithm has the advantages of improving the control precision of the motor
reducing the overshoot and improving the dynamic response speed
and proves the effectiveness of the optimization strategy.
