One of the keys to develop high performance internal combustion engine is to find out the spatial distribution of temperature field of combustion chamber by using sensors.However

the combustion chamber has a wide range of temperature variation

drastic temperature change

strong oxidation corrosion and high requirements on the anti-harsh environment performance of materials.In view of this situation

a new ceramic packaging material with excellent high temperature performance was trial-produced and tested by the HPS method.After 10 cycles of combustion test

the measured data after statistical processing and Fluent simulation results were analyzed

the details of the electron microscope photos before and after material testing were compared.The results show that the precision of the temperature sensor array using the new ceramic package meets the requirements

and the high temperature life of the new ceramic material meets the expectations.
