A power-limited time reversal-block diagonalization-minimum mean square error（ TR-BD-MMSE）precoder is raised to suppress the multi-stream interference and inter-symbol interference in single-input multipleoutput ultra wideband（ SIMO-UWB） system.The precoder is designed with a shortened equivalent channel based on the space-time focus characteristics of time reversal then the prefilter and the precoder are cascaded and placed at the transmitting end of the SIMO-UWB system.Finally

the simulation experiments is realized using standard UWB channel model

and simulation results show that the proposed scheme not only can reduce the complexity of UWB receivers

but also can eliminate inter-symbol interference and multi-code stream interference in single-input multiple-output UWB systems

and improve the capacity of the SIMO-UWB system.
