A structural model for wireless power transmission system is established for implantable cardiac pacemakers. The model uses magnetic coupling resonance technology and LCC-C topology structure. The output power and transmission efficiency expressions of the circuit equivalent model are calculated by using the circuit mutual inductance theory. The optimal coil design parameters are obtained under MATLAB calculation. The transmission model is established by HFSS. The LCC-C topology is embedded and the structure of the simulated human tissue and the pacemaker casing is added. The coil is further optimized by using Optimetrics method during the simulation. The results show that the transmission efficiency of the model using LCC-C is 91 % at a distance of8 mm from the coil
which has better transmission performance than the traditional S-S topology.
