In order to provide continuous and stable power supply to micro sensors
using large deflection deformation of polyvinylidene(PVDF) thin film under external excitation to generate electric energy
to power micro sensor. The relationship between PVDF thin film deformation and power generation is explored by making PVDF thin films of different lengths produce different degrees of displacement. The finite element analysis results show that in the same length of PVDF thin film
the power generation increases with the increase of displacement.Comparing the power generation of PVDF thin films with lengths of 4.1
7.3
and 17.1 cm
respectively
these three sizes have a common phenomenon: output power is the highest when the ratio of the displacement to the length of the PVDF thin film is close to 0.81.
