In order to study the influence of the binocular stereo vision measurement system on measurement precision
the structural parameter model for the axis convergence binocular vision system is established. It is concluded that baseline distance
object distance and angle between the camera optical axis and the baseline are important parameters that affect precision. And the existing Vision TOP precision. binocular vision measuring instrument are verified
and it is concluded that the baseline distance and the measuring distance are the main parameters that mainly affect the measurement precision. The orthogonal experimental method is used to obtain the effect of measurement distance influence is greater than that of baseline distance. and combined with the theoretical parameter model
the relative binocular stereo vision system is obtained. The optimal spatial position of the measured workpiece is 250 mm and the baseline distance is 200 mm.
