Abstract
A kind of sweat K
+
sensor based on all solid-state selective electrode is designed and prepared. The micro flexible electrode is made by micro processing technology of micro-electro-mechanical system( MEMS)
by which wearable sensor is realized. The ion selective electrode is designed and prepared by electrochemistry principle
and the solid-state selective sensitive film is made by polymer material coated with potassium ion carrier
which realizes the selective recognition of K
+
for the sensor. In the experiment
electrochemical workstation is used to analyze on response characteristics of the sensor
and the result is the detection limit of the se
nsor is1 mmol/L
the detection range of the sensor is 1~ 10 mmol/L
and the precision is prior to 1. 9 % FS. The designed and manufactured sweat K+sensor based on all solid state selective electrode has the characteristics of miniaturization
good selectivity
low detection limit
good linearity and wearability.
