Aiming at the fusion performance of traditional infrared and visible light fusion method and the general visual effect
an image fusion method based on discrete stationary wavelet transform is proposed. Discrete stationary wavelet transform( DSWT) is used to decompose the important features of the source image into a series of subimages with different levels and spatial features. Discrete cosine transform( DCT) is used to separate the important details of sub-images
according to the energy of different frequencies. Local spatial frequency( LSF) can be used to enhance the regional features of DCT coefficients
further improve effectiveness of region feature. The results show that this method has better fusion effect and performance than the contour wave transform( CT) method
the discrete wavelet transform( DWT) method and the non-subsampled contour wave transform( NSCT) method.
