The COMSOL multi-physical field coupling method is used to study on the regulation mechanism of solution concentration on the biomolecule resolution of nanopore from the perspective of gate voltage control. When the concentration of the solution at both ends of the nanopore are the same
the resolution of the nanopore reaches the max imum value δ
max
at the gate voltage of-1 V at each concentration
and the maximum resolution δ
max
gradually decreases with the increase of the concentration. When the solution concentration of the two ends of the nanopore is different
the nanopore δ
max
is larger than the concentratio δ
max
; if the ratio of the concentration of the Trans terminal to the Cis solution is less than 1
the
maximum resolution of the nanopore corresponds to a gate voltage of 1 V
research shows that higher nanopore resolution can be obtained by gate voltage and concentration regulation method.
