A wearable terminal for intraocular pressure continuous monitoring of patients with glaucoma is proposed. The portable rebound tonometer is utilized as measurement unit. A wearable module is designed for tonometer fixing to improve the portability and security by avoiding secondary injury to eyes. An intraocular pressure measurement data recognition method based on morphology processing
histogram of oriented gradient( HOG) feature and multi-classification support vector machine( SVM) classifiter is proposed for non-destructive data collection. The collected data is uploaded to the cloud platform and is shown to the doctors for remote monitoring by background server and App software. The experimental results validates the effectiveness of intraocular pressure monitoring terminal.
