In order to study on effect of nucleic acid aptamers on the sensitivity of fluorescence resonance aptasensor sensor based on graphene oxide( GO)
insulin( INS)
adenosine triphosphate( ATP) and dopamine( DA) are chosen as detecting targets
and the response characteristics of the three kinds of sensors are analyzed.Combined with the principle of sensor detection
the reasons for the sensitivity changes of the three kinds of sensors are analyzed. The results show that the sensitivity of the sensor varies greatly with the aptamers of nucleic acid. The influencing factors of sensor sensitivity mainly include the type and number of bases
the dissociation constant between nucleic acid aptamers and the target
and whether there is a competitive combination between the target and GO.
