A porous PDMS/MWCNTs composite with piezoresistive effect is prepared
and a flexible pressure sensor is prepared using the composite. The porous structure is formed through the gas generated by thermal decomposition of NH

HCO

and the micropores are evenly distributed with a diameter of 10 ~ 40 μm. Porous PDMS/MWCNTs are more prone to deformation under pressure
the flexible pressure sensors based on porous PDMS/MWCNTs are more sensitive. Experiments show that the mass of NH
4
HCO
3
is 5 % of PDMS
the sensitivity of the PDMS/MWCNTs pressure sensor is the highest
0. 126 k Pa

which is about 4
times higher than that of PDMS/MWCNTs pressure sensor without porous. The flexible pressure sensor prepared by the method has the characteristics of high sensitivity
low cost and simple process
and has broad application prospects in the fields of smart wearable devices and medical health monitoring.
