In order to solve the problems of poor uniformity of manual winding and low processing efficiency in magnetic time grating with enameled wire processing coil
and overcome the disadvantages of measurement precision is susceptible to time
a time grating angular displacement sensor based on planar time-varying magnetic field is proposed. The sensor uses printed circuit board technology to arrange charged conductors and induction coils in different planes. By adding excitation in the conductor
a sinusoidal time-varying magnetic field moving uniformly in a specific direction is formed. Based on the measurement model
simulation analysis and precision experiment are carried out to verify the feasibility of the sensor model. The experimental results show that the original error of the sensor is within ± 80″ from 0° to 360°
