Using 14 K spreading carbon fibre bundle as raw material
using single layer carbon fibre parallel arrangement and 10 mm spaced double layer carbon fiber vertical distribution spatial pattern
using high transparent crystal A
B glue composite double layer carbon fiber tow and solidifying
the sensor composite material for monitoring pressure distribution of elastic glue/broadening carbon fiber is prepared. The composition
structure and morphology of the composite are characterized by FT-IR
contact angle and polarizing microscope. The ballistic performance of the composite is tested and the monitoring effect of the pressure distribution is studied. The results show that the adhesive matrix has excellent springback properties
through a number of capacitance arrays formed by the layer carbon fiber
the capacitance of each vertical carbon fiber bundle intersection has a linear pressure capacitance change relationship
and the combination of capacitance array forms a sensitive sensing composite that can test the pressure distribution. It has an important application prospect in monitoring the pressure distribution of sole.
