A microfluidic chip for exosome detection is designed and fabricated based on micro-electromechanical system( MEMS) technology and polydimethylsiloxane( PDMS) soft lithography technology. This chip contains aligned microcolumn array to achieve uniform distribution of microbeads in chip. Quantitative determination of exosomes is achieved using this chip
with a lower detecting limit of 10~4 particles/m L and coefficient of determination of fitting function is R~2= 0. 996 5. Compared with other existing exosome detection chips
this chip shows advantages in simpler structure
faster reaction
good reproducibility and gets rid of dependence on extra fields
