In order to solve the problem that the detection coil has a large volume
low resolution
and poor sensitivity in the low frequency domain in the pulsed remote-field eddy current detection
finite element simulation is used to simulate the non-magnetic plate with defects in different locations and depths of pulsed remote field eddy current detection based on magnetic field measurement. The results show that the remote field eddy current effect can be realized after shielding the exciting coil. When the defect is located between the exciting coil and the twodimensional node
the detection effect is best
and the defect depth is closely related to the differential amplitude of the magnetic flux density and has a good linear relationship. Therefore
the positioning and quantitative analysis on defects can be realized.
