A method to monitoring the obstructive sleep apnea by analyzing the piezoelectric signal is proposed.Polyvinylidene fluoride（ PVDF） Piezoelectric film sensor can acquire the Piezoelectric signal that caused by the vibration of chest when people lying in bed. After charge amplification and filtering. The collected piezoelectric signal can be converted to digital signal through analog-to-digital（ A/D） sampling by microcontroller unit（ MCU）.Digitized piezoelectric signals are processed by algorithms to find out the number of obstructive apnea in order to achieve the monitoring of obstructive apnea. The experimental result shows that the accuracy of this method is bigger than 90 %

which is satisfied with requirement of sleep apnea monitoring.
