Flexible cable traction robot is widely used in dynamic control and space engineering. In order to improve anti-disturbance ability of flexible cable traction robot
and realize adaptive control of terminal attitude
an adaptive attitude adjustment method for robot based on multi-sensor parameters fusion is proposed. A 7 degree of freedom( DOF) kinematics model for flexible cable traction robot is designed. The dynamic motion primitive learning method is used to adjust the mechanical parameters of the terminal attitude of the robot and to control it adaptively. The multi-sensor fusion tracking method is used to collect the pose information and the fusion filtering analysis of the robot. The robot mobile platform and the driving unit are established to compensate the robot attitude inertial parameter output with time delay. The terminal effect inverse kinematics decomposition method is applied for autonomous control of robot. Pose extended kinematics equation of robot control is obtained
and attitude tracking identification of robot is carried out by combining the terminal position and attitude adjustment algorithm of robot. The robot attitude adaptive adjustment and control is realized. The simulation results show that the output stability is good and the error of terminal attitude adjustment is lower by using this method. The antidisturbance ability of robot is improved and the accurate directivity of output pose is improved.
