According to the detection principle of Barkhausen effect
an excitation detection sensor device is designed for ferromagnetic material. In order to verify the feasibility of the designed magnetization device
finite element simulation analysis on magnetization device is carried out using Ansoft which is a special finite element simulation software in electromagnetic field
and the effect of magnetization under different excitation conditions is analyzed. It is concluded through simulation results that magnetization device meets the design requirements and the specimen can be effectively excited. And through the simulation results under different parameters
excitation current amplitude and frequency are the key factors that affect the excitation effect. And for the particular point
with the decrease of the amplitude of the excitation current and the increase of the frequency
the magnetic induction intensity of the specimen shows a decreasing trend.
