In order to solve the problem of long-time

low-precision and complex-operation which exist in thermometer that widely used in current time

a wearable body temperature monitoring device based on the wrist temperature is proposed and realized. Through analysis on surface temperature and deep temperature of human body

the compensation scheme between wrist surface temperature and body temperature which take axillary temperature as the benchmark is determined. On the basis of the compensation scheme and the temperature measurement scheme

the wrist-worn body temperature monitoring device is implemented. And then

the processing of the temperature data is optimized. Experimental result shows that the proposed body temperature monitoring device has excellent stability

has high precision

and support high-frequency

real-time temperature collection.
