Aiming at problem of transmission delay between nodes which affect synchronization precision in wireless sensor networks（ WSNs）

apply weighted average in computation of relative clock skew and propose a consensus time synchronization algorithm with time-delay. Every node exchanges clock information through communicating with its neighbor nodes and updates clock parameters according to consensus theory

then time synchronization is realized. Given that the transmission delay obeys normal distribution

influence of transmission delay on synchronization precision of consensus synchronization algorithm is studied

and the proposed algorithm reduces the influence. The Matlab simulations verify effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
