In order to study the distribution and variation rule of the beehive temperature
and reveal the internal thermostatic regulation mechanism
a temperature acquiring
visualization and dynamic analysis system based on micro-sensor array is designed. The system adopts miniature SHT21 temperature and humidity sensor and Zig Bee wireless communication technology
realtime acquire temperature of 30 points which distributed three-dimensionanlly uniformly inside beehive and the ambient temperature outside of the beehive
Matlab GUI is applied to build multi-channel data reception
visualization and dynamic analysis software. The beehive and monitoring system are placed placed in cold storage for cooling and warming test
temperature ranging from normal temperature to- 25 ℃. The simulation results show that performance of data acquisition is stable
and can visually display temperature and distribution of each points within beehive
when ambient temperature changes dramatically
and center of beehive maintains at about 34. 8 ℃
while temperature vary dramatically on the edge
around center point temperature have a great correlation with temperature on edge position. This system can be applied in the fields of apiculture research and bee breeding.
