The application of RGB color sensor in the skin cholesterol content detection is presented and the corresponding detection system is designed. Using the ‘three drop method’and color sensor TCS3200
combined with the STM32 microprocessor
different concentration of detection reagent and the reaction result of chromogenic agent can be identified. The principle and application of TCS3200 is introduced particularly; design LED constant current power supply module; relationship of test results that detected TCS3200 and reagent concentration is found out. Test result shows that the system can distinguish different concentrations of reagents in the ‘three drop method’experiments
and then generalizes noninvasive detection of skin cholesterol levels.
