Radio frequency charging( RFC) technology is an emerging technology that through base station emit RF waves to replenish power for sensor node. However
in RF charging( RFC) wireless sensor networks( WSNs)
energy interference and attenuation caused by more than one base stations emitting energy at the same time can significantly reduce charging efficiency
moreover
energy transmission shares the channel with data communication can reduce network throughput. Aiming at above problems
put forward RFC—MAC protocols
ambient base stations of charging sensor node are classified into two groups
based on estimates of their separation distance from the energy requesting node to avoid phenomenon of energy interference decay as much as possible; set double channels in sensor networks for power transmission and data communications to improve network throughput. The simulation results show that RFC—MAC protocol can significantly improve charging efficiency of sensor node and average network throughput.
