Out-of-sequence measuremer（OoSM）is an inevitable and desiderate problem for multisensor fusion system.Based on summarization of some associated publications

OoSM are categorized

associated foreign studies are surveyed according to research route from simpleness to complexity from such below aspects as filtering with single step lag OoSM

multiple step lag OoSM or multiple OoSMs

and OoSM particle filtering（PF）algorithm under nonlinear and non-Gaussian conditions

and tracking with OoSM in presence of clutter/maneuvering targets and so on
