utilize tunable distributed feedback quantum cascade laser( DFB—QCL) with emitting wavelength in mid-infrared
an electrical nose is designed and developed based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy and wavelength modulation spectroscopy( TDLAS—WMS) technology to real time indentify hybrid gases without contact. The system uses hybrid neural network
mode such as principal component analysis( PCA) and back propagation( BP)
gas"fingerprint"database are analyzed by LabVIEW. The experimental results show that the proposed system can distinguish hybrid gases with carbon monoxide( CO)
methane( CH4)
nitrogen dioxide( NO2) and ethylene( C2H4)
which provide a convenient method to indentify hybrid gas without contact.
