Harnessing energy conversion technology to obtain electrical power from human movement becomes a highly promising solution for self-powered wearable electronic devices.Accordingly
an electromagnetic foot potential energy harvester based on screw conversion(FPSC)is proposed
which completes the conversion from human foot potential energy to rotational mechanical energy and then to electrical energy through screw rotation
achieving a high-power-density electrical energy output.Through dynamic model analysis of the FPSC
device selection is carried out.A dual-path energy storage unit with an alternating
charge-discharge scheme is designed
which achieves efficient energy storage and utilization as well as battery protection.Experimental results demonstrate that under the conditions of a 1Hz driving frequency and 80Ω impedance matching
the FPSC delivers a maximum active power of 0.732W and a volumetric power density of 9.32mW/cm
3
.It can charge a 10mF capacitor to 10.1V after four excitation cycles and can light various types of LEDs.The designed FPSC can provide a convenient electrical energy supply for human-wearable electronic devices
demonstrating significant practical value and broad application prospects in the field of self-powered wearable devices.
