The moving contact of a high-voltage switchgear is prone to becoming a hot spot during operation
and achieving online temperature monitoring of the contact is crucial for ensuring the safe operation of the power system.Compared with traditional methods
the temperature measurement scheme based on radar radio frequency technology offers advantages such as no need for additional energy harvesting
compact size
and high reliability
demonstrating outstanding application potential. The working mechanism of the temperature measurement scheme is first elaborated
and its application feasibility in the switchgear environment is verified.Combined with the structural characteristics of the moving contact
an ultra-small radio frequency identification (RFID) temperature sensor is designed
which includes the antenna
substrate
and fixing structure
and the core performance of the antenna is verified through simulation. Finally
the impact of the internal cabinet environment and layout modes on the sensor performance is discussed
and a temperature sensor layout scheme for real-time online monitoring is proposed. The research results show that the measurement method can effectively achieve real-time online temperature monitoring of the switchgear moving contact
which has certain guiding significance for improving the intelligence level of switchgear and promoting the development of equipment condition sensing technology.
