In order to confirm the consistency of calibration data for three-cup wind speed sensor in straight-flow wind tunnel
repeatability tests are conducted at 5 wind speed test points using 10 qualified three-cup wind speed sensors with stable performance in the WZ860040-E 40m·s
-1
wind tunnel and the Westenberg Engineering 70m·s
-1
wind tunnel.Relative deviation
correlation analysis
and T-test are used to analyze the test data respectively. The results show that:1) During calibration
the absolute value range of relative deviation of the pressure difference
calibrated wind speed and indicated wind
speed in two wind tunnels is within 3%.2) The linear fitting effect of the pressure difference
calibrated wind speed and indicated wind speed in two wind tunnels is good
while the fitting effect of indicated value error is poor.3) The indicated value wind speed of the wind speed sensors in two wind tunnels is lower than the standard wind speed.Overall
the standard value of the 40 wind tunnel exhibits poor stability and shows a certain gap from the design index.
