Methyl parathion (MP) in farmland soil is used as the target pesticide residue for detection.Graphene(Gr) is used as the electrode modification material for electrochemical sensors
and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques are used to characterize Gr and its derived nanomaterials.Square wave voltammetry (SWV) response indicates that Gr exhibits superior signal performance. After optimization of the experimental conditions
the Gr modified glassy carbon electrode(Gr/GCE) achieves excellent detection p
erformance for MP.The detection range of MP is 0~60μmol/L.The linear regression equation between response peak current and MP concentration is:
I
P
(μA)=1.089
C
MP
(μmol/L)+46.3768(
R

=0.9975)
with a detection limit of 0.0988μmol/L(
S

N
=3).This sensor can accurately detect the residual content of MP at low concentrations. It has high repeatability
and reproducibility
as well as a wide detection range. The recovery rate is stably maintained at 104.9%~108.8%.
