A ballistic model-assisted adaptive extended Kalman filter (AEKF) navigation error correction method is proposed
to solve the problem of degradation of navigation precision due to strong transient shock when the trans-media aircraft enters water.By establishing the ballistic model of the trans-media aircraft
and using the motion information output from the strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS)
the AEKF algorithm estimates navigation error. The estimated error results are fed back to the SINS for navigation correction to obtain high-precision navigation results.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm significantly improves the navigation performance compared to the extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm without ballistic model assistance
and demonstrates adaptability to strong transient interference.
