An inclination sensor is susceptible to ambient temperature when measuring the inclination angle
which causes temperature drift and measurement error. For this reason
a temperature compensation model
based on genetic algorithm(GA)optimized random forest(RF)
named GA-RF
is designed.GA is used to optimize the RF parameters to improve the convergence speed and compensation precision of the model. The experimental results show that the mean square error(MSE)of the GA-RF model is 0.01331
which is better than 0.02039 of the RF model. The study shows that the GA-RF model has higher compensation precision than traditional neural networks
and can effectively compensate the measurement error caused by the temperature variation
and improve the precision and stability of the sensor.
