a cabin segment pose measurement method based on multi-sensor fusion is proposed to meet the requirements of large size and high measurement precision for cabin segments.Firstly
the mathematical model of the pose measurement system is established
and the coordinate system of the cabin segment is defined. Then
the camera imaging coordinate data and the laser ranging data are fused.Combined with the analytical method
direct attitude measurement is realized
and the six-dimensional pose data of the cabin is solved. Finally
error source analysis and simulation analysis are conducted for the pose measurement system
and the six-dimensional measurement error of the cabin segment is calculated through experimental measurements. The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that this measurement method has high measurement precision
which verifies its effectiveness and stability. The method can meet the practical application requirements of docking cabin segment pose measurement.
