as core components for realizing wearable electronics and health monitoring
are becoming increasingly important. Most flexible sensors generally suffer from problems such as low sensitivity
limited application range and poor stability.A composite microstructure based on graphene and carbon nanotubes is proposed and fabricated in this paper. This structure fully utilizes the synergistic effect of the two materials;conductive carbon nanotubes support two-dimensional graphene sheets to form a three-dimensional layered stacked structure
which significantly increases the effective sensing area and optimizes the charge transport path.Compared with traditional graphene-based two-dimensional thin film sensors
the sensor constructed by the proposed three-dimensional layered stacking microstructure exhibits higher sensitivity
excellent reliability
and good performance in terms of stretchability and cyclic stability(>10000 cycles). This work provides an effective strategy for the development of high-performance flexible sensors
and is expected to expand their applications in fields such as precision medicine and human-computer interaction.
