During the detection process of capacitive pressure sensor arrays
parasitic capacitance and sensor array crosstalk exert a significant influence on detection accuracy. Therefore
the research on suppression methods related to these issues is crucial for advanced applications such as flexible electronics and medical diagnostics.Based on the principle of AC excitation capacitance detection
a detection method is proposed to optimize the detection accuracy of weak capacitance in cross-electrode flexible capacitive arrays
which maintains the maximum relative error within 1% for capacitances in the rang of 5~30pF.Additionally
by analyzing the influence mechanism of parasitic capacitance and sensor array crosstalk on output voltage
the research also confirms the impact of different cable lengths
wiring methods
and temperature drift on the detection results
and proposes suppression methods for parasitic capacitance and array crosstalk
along with the corresponding charge transfer physical mechanisms.By utilizing the fitting method based on multiple linear regression model
detection accuracy and robustness under varying environmental temperatures are enhanced. The research results provide a significant reference for high-accuracy and high-robustness detection of flexible capacitive pressure sensor arrays.
