Aiming at improving the performance of superconducting quantum magnetic sensors in detection of weak magnetic flux changes
multiple variables of superconducting quantum interference magnetic sensors are optimized
and the optimization verification is achieved through numerical analysis and Python-based simulations. The simulation results indicate that the octagonal washer exhibits the lowest geometric sensitivity
which is more conducive to subsequent circuit coupling.Under the Meissner effect
the optimal magnetic flux and shielding current are achieved with an inner diameter of 200μm
where the washer edge magnetic flux is 5.7μT
and the shielding currents at various parts of the washer are stable without anomalous peaks.Subsequently
multi-parameter analysis of the optimized dual-washer design shows that the mutual inductance between the two washers can cause an inductance decrease of about 3%.Simulation experiments of the dual-washer DC superconducting quantum interference device(SQUID) show excellent magnetic shielding effect under external magnetic field conditions
proving the effectiveness of the optimized design. This study provides important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design of high-precision quantum measurement devices.
