摘要

本文聚焦MEMS传感器技术、生物传感器、环境传感器、智能传感器技术在2023~2025年期间的发展现状

系统阐述了传感器技术在工业自动化、医疗健康、智慧城市、智慧农业、航空及商业航天五大领域的应用进展。从技术发展现状和场景应用两个维度进行阐述

研究得出传感器技术的发展将集中在新材料、工艺技术、算法与智能处理、多传感融合4个方向

在传感器领域的技术研发、产业布局等方面具有重要参考意义。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the development status of MEMS sensor technology

biosensors

environmental sensors

and intelligent sensor technology from 2023 to 2025

and systematically elaborates on the application progress of sensor technology in five major fields:industrial automation

medical and health

smart cities

smart agriculture

aviation and commercial aerospace.From the two dimensions of technical development status and scenario application

the study concludes that the development of sensor technology focuses on four directions:new materials

process technology

algorithms and intelligent processing

and multi-sensor fusion.The research results have important reference significance for technology research and development and industrial layout in the sensor field.
