Traditional marine torque sensors use carbon brushes and slip rings to transmit electric power and data
which leads to the problem of serious wear and security hazards during long-term service. To solve this problem
a marine torque sensor system based on simultaneous wireless power and data transmission(SWPDT)is proposed.A pair of coupling coils are used to realize wireless power supply and data transmission of the sensor. The working principle of the system is analyzed
the hardware circuit and software program of the system are designed
and the prototype is built to complete functional verification and performance tests.Test results show that the system can achieve a torque measurement precision of 0.18% within the measuring range of -200~200N·m
and the torque signal sampling rate of the system reaches 1200S/s.
