During the summer in the southern regions or in the Meiyu season
the surface of the temperature and humidity sensors at the air outlet of central air conditioning are prone to condensation
leading to a decrease in measurement precision. In order to effectively prevent surface condensation
dual-heating temperature and humidity sensors are introduced and focused on optimizing their design strategies.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is used to simulate and analyze six different thicknesses of circuit board
simulating the heating-up and cooling-down times through transient analysis
and selecting the circuit board thickness with the optimal heat transfer performance through comparative analysis. To ensure the accuracy of the simulation results
further experimental verification is conducted
and the experimental results are compared with the simulation data. The analysis results show that the mean absolute error of the heating time is 0.61s
and the root mean square error is 0.67s; the mean absolute error of the cooling time is 0.71s
and the root mean square error is 0.54s.Based on the above comparative results
circuit board in order is selected with the optimal thickness to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
