Capacitive pressure sensors attract significant attention from researchers worldwide in the field of flexible sensing due to their advantages
such as simple structure
in sensitivity to temperature and humidity
and low power consumption
making them a current research hotspot.A capacitive flexible pressure sensor is designed in which polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)with a spongy porous structure and composite sandpaper surface microstructure is used as the dielectric layer
effectively improving the sensor sensitivity. At the same time
a flexible microelectronic printer is used to print conductive ink on poyethylene t
erephthalate(PET)as a flexible electrode
which achieves the integration of the packaging layer and the electrode layer.Performance tests demonstrated that the sensor exhibits a high sensitivity of 0.215kPa
-1
with response and recovery times of 50ms and 100ms
respectively
a hysteresis error of less than 0.02
and excellent repeatability and stability.Finally
the sensor is demonstrated in applications such as human-machine interaction and human motion monitoring
including pulse detection and joint bending detection
proving its practicality and effectiveness in health monitoring and motion state monitoring. This work provides a valuable reference for subsequent research.
