Flexible pressure sensors are rapidly developing in the fields of sports rehabilitation and health monitoring.Currently
most flexible pressure sensors lack breathability
which can cause moisture to accumulate at the interface of the device and the skin during exercise or continuous insensible sweating
resulting in an imbalanced temperature and humidity environment on the covered skin. This can lead to skin discomfort such as meceration and inflammation
as well as signal quality deterioration and device detachment. To improve the wearing comfort and measurement reliability of flexible pressure sensors
a flexible pressure sensor based on an anti-gravity moisture-wicking fiber membrane is proposed.A breathable double-layer micro-nanofiber membrane with hydrophilic-hydrophobic gradient and differential aperture design is prepared by electrostatic spinning technology to achieve efficient moisture removal
as well as effective temperature and humidity regulation.A flexible pressure sensor is prepared by vacuum filtration of two-dimensional transition metal carbide/nitride(MXene)onto the fiber skeleton of the prepared fiber membrane
which realizes effective monitoring of joint movements and pulse signals.
