Embedded 3D printing is an additive manufacturing method based on material extrusion. It is of great significance for the free manufacturing of 3D structures by embedding needles into a supporting matrix for printing without the need for additional support. In order to prepare spiral structures with excellent mechanical and electrical properties
the rheological properties of ink and matrix materials are controlled to meet the requirements of embedded 3D printing.Research shows that spiral structures prepared based on epoxy/carbon black composite materials have good energy absorption(EA) and specific energy absorption(SEA) effects. At the same time
the maximum sensitivity of the 3D spiral structure strain sensor can reach 6.01
the response time is as low as 195ms
and it can monitor different levels of compressive strain. It also shows good repeatability in cyclic experiments lasting 7h.This demonstrates the superiority of embedded 3D printing for manufacturing functional devices.
